At PartyLite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance and home decor experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PartyLite account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
