How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the jar during the first light. We also recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before every use to maintain a controlled flame.
